Xarel-lo is a white varietal we typically see in Cava. As a still wine, it's bright, fresh with lovely aromatics. Brisat spends two weeks of skin contact during fermentation giving color and character to the finished wine. Aromas of grapefruit, beeswax, and mixed citrus fruits. The wine is light and refreshing with flavors of citrus, white peaches & minerality
