A skin contact field blend with a soft, round, herbaceous and stone fruit flavor predominating the palate. This blend is from a diversely planted block sitting at the front of Salt Lick Vineyards. Untouched by machines and always hand-harvested, there is a true reflection of Texas Hill Country terroir and the diversity of of our plantings. I always say Texas will not be known for a hit SINGLE, but rather, a hit ALBUM, and this wine delivers that harmony in bottle.
