Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Once this process is complete, we will clarify and stabilize the wine before bottling. Tasting notes: Bright, greenish-yellow.
- First olfactory impression: intense, fruity aromas of lime, honeydew melon, grapefruit, peach, herbaceous notes, fennel, and white flowers. With mineral hints.
- Taste: Dry, flavorful with a balance of citrus and white fruit notes and a touch of varietal bitterness; very well-rounded. A persistent and flavorful finish with a fine and elegant aftertaste thanks to its balanced natural acidity. It is recommended to serve this wine between 6°C and 8°C. Store in a cool, dark place, free from vibrations.
