• Folicello Bianco Pet Nat is a pétillant naturel sparkling wine made by Marco and Antonella at their certified organic winery in Castelfranco Emilia, near Modena in Emilia-Romagna. It blends 50% Montuni, 25% Pinot Bianco, and 25% Trebbiano grown on clay, silt, and sand soils in the plains between Modena and Bologna

Folicello Bianco Pet Nat is a fresh, sapid, and harmonic sparkling white with a floral scent. It is slightly cloudy and slightly sparkling, with chalky stone minerality, light citrus, and notes of jasmine and sage alongside a soft creaminess.
