certified organic Loosen Vineyard in De Luz. The Syrah was harvested early (19.6 brix) to retain natural acidity.  It was whole cluster pressed into stainless steel and fermented for 3 weeks. Once primary fermentation was complete it was racked off of the gross lees and aged on fine lees in stainless steel for 6 months

As with all of our wines, this wine was produced with organically farmed fruit, and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
