Zesty. Tropical. Here for a good time (and a long time).
This one shows up bright — citrus-forward with layers of floral herbs, soft spice, and a warm sweetness that lingers like a good story. Think lemon peel, chamomile, and rose hips with a splash of something juicy and tropical. All while grounded by a touch of honey and a delicate, earthy bitterness that keeps it interesting.
Hi, I’m Nicole — the founder of Scruffy Vermouth.
This project was born out of the belief that drinks, like people, are better when they’re a little messy. We make vermouths that lean into botanical boldness and unapologetic flavor — built for spritzing, sipping, and not taking the chaos of life too seriously.
A little scruffy, a lot delicious.
When I started Scruffy, I realized that a lot of people didn’t actually know what vermouth was — or that it’s quietly been the backbone of so many of their favorite cocktails. Vermouth has always been there: not center stage, but essential. We thought it was time to give it the spotlight it deserves.
Ours are made with organically farmed fruit and crafted in collaboration with small growers and winemakers we love and believe in. We care about what goes in the glass.
