This wine has more of the fruit character and restrained minerality without compromising quality and taste. Aromas of grapefruit, ripe stone fruit, nettles and fresh herbs.  Light and bright in texture, with flavors of lemon peel, apricot, pineapple, savory herbs.

Good to have it with: it’s great as an aperitif, or with spicy dishes, salty snacks or cheeses.
