100% Pinot Gris that has been macerated on the skins for 15 days, the skin contact gives the wine a beautiful “orange” colour with tannin and structure. This wine is aromatic with floral notes on the nose with juicy red fruits on the palate and a slight bitter finish from the skin contact. A zero sulphur wine, Philippe Brand adds nothing to his wines.
