Nero d'Avola Rosé by Sicilian wine master Alessandro Viola, is a natural wine made from 100% Nero d'Avola grapes farmed organically under the appellation Terre Siciliane IGT. Alessandro Viola adopts a non-interventionist winemaking approach: spontaneous fermentation with native yeast, unfiltered, unfined, no added sulfites.

Fresh and lively, with flavors of wild raspberries, watermelon, and red cherries. A crisp acidity balances its subtle minerality, offering a vibrant, refreshing finish.
