Nero D'Avola from certified organic Loosen Family Vineyard in De Luz. This vineyard at the south slope of the Santa Rosa plateau, with rich volcanic soil. Fully de-stemmed into bins for fermentation. Basket pressed at dryness and aged in neutral French oak barrels for 14 months.
