- Folicello Lambrusco Rosato Pét Nat 2023 is a sparkling natural rosé made by Marco Giovannini and Antonella Fontana at their certified organic estate in Castelfranco Emilia, near Modena in Emilia-Romagna, Northern Italy. It is a blend of Lambrusco di Sorbara and Lambrusco Salamino grown on clay and limestone soils. The grapes are hand-picked and vinified as a white wine, with fermentation of the free-run must beginning in stainless steel before bottling. Fermentation completes in bottle using the ancestral method with native yeasts.
