Chenin Blanc/Sauvignon 2022 Bertin-Delatte 'Decibels'
Decibels, this Sparkling Natural is an invitation to celebrate, fanfare and party style! A judicious blend of white grape varieties and a (very) little bit of red. It is very fruity, floral, full of pep, more indulgent than its predecessor, with a slight residual sugar. Light notes of licorice may appear at the end of the mouth. Let's party!

Grape varieties : 60% Chenin , 30% Sauvignon , 5% Pineau d'aunis , 3% grolleau , 2% Cabernet Franc ;
Manufacturing secret : Décibels comes from organic vines, vinified according to the ancestral method, without the addition of sulfites. Second fermentation in October 2022, disgorging January 2024;
Residual sugar : 5 g/L The Little "Extra" : very small quantity as is often the case with this estate, it is a sparkling wine that rocks, that swings for wild parties, or as an aperitif with a little nibble; The winemaker : Nicolas Bertin and Geneviève Delatte acquired a small 1.5 hectare vineyard in Rablay-sur-Layon (Maine-et-Loire) in 2008, which they extended by 1 hectare in 2012. Certified organic, working without inputs, they offer us ultra-controlled, generous wines, allowing the Chenin, in particular, to express all its aromatic variations
