Sicily, Italy. This wine tells the story of two Sicilian “acidduzzi” (birds) that are in love. Guanciabianca is a white wine of catarratto grapes, dedicated to the tiny Sicilian “acidduzza” (bird) in love. After Guancianera first kissed her, a small white patch would appeared on her cheek, and from that moment the two birds would be united. The delicately floral scent with hints of ripe fruit reflect kindness, beauty and elegance. Fruity and floral, it smells of ripe white fruits, aromatic herbs, and fresh almonds. Guanciabianca has a balanced flavour, full yet fresh and slightly salty from the sea breeze.

Vinification: 2 days of skin contact.
Aging: Aged sur lie for 7 months in stainless steel.
