This cuvée comes from the terroir "Les Puys" which is is a well-known in Chinon. Its fine clay with flint gives the wines of great finesse and delicate fruit. A wine with an airy profile where finesse and aromatic complexity mingle for our greatest pleasure. The flints give this wine a long and mineral finish. Night harvest for freshness. 100% hand destemmed. Aged 6 months in burgundy barrel and 12 months in bottle before release. No so2 added.
