Fresh lemon and bright orange peel lead before pivoting cleanly into crushed gravel and cool minerality on a nose that gets to the point without fuss. The palate is crunchy and zippy with vibrant acidity keeping everything sharp and alive. Arneis and Sauvignon Blanc find easy common ground here, making this a genuinely fun and refreshing white.

A Piedmontese white with terrific aromatics and a textured body, the latter coming from low yields and a very low addition of SO2 rather than any oak aging (it’s raised in steel) or battonage.

This wine is bottled early and does not undergo malolactic fermentation.

Production is around 800 cases annually.
