Working with only organic grapes, Jeremy Riddle is always in pursuit of the perfect wine with no additions. The Vermentino is from the David Girard Vineyard in El Dorado, where organic farming has been practiced since their inception in 1998.  The Vermentino spends 14 days macerating on-skins and it's aged for 10 months in neutral French oak barrels. A lovely fruit balances the bitterness, orange skins, tangerine, apricot, peach and small amounts of blanched almonds.
