Meaning earth, terroir, soil in Farsi. Zameen is the heart and soul of Azizam. It laid our foundation during harvest 2023, turning into reality a decade-old dream of 100 year-old vines, rustic field blends and fresh bright juice. Somehow — for me, Zameen is both effortless AND a total act of consciousness and desire. Like the tart pomegranate seeds I grew up eating, she always leaves me salivating for more…..
