A field blend of all white grapes (Riesling, Müller-Thurgau, Sylvaner, Scheurebe, etc). Vinified separately solera-style with mostly the 2020 vintage and a bit of 2021 . The fruit sees varying amounts of skin contact from direct-press to 14 days of maceration before blending and élevage small, older oak barrels. Citrusy yet supple, the oak élevage rounds out the fruit and acidity resulting in a smooth, refreshing wine.
