Vinification: Hand harvested on a misty september morning by a group of friends. Gently foot stomped and then fermented on the skins for 12 days with mutiple punchedowns daily. Pressed and elevage for 3 years in a 350 liter Italian Terracotta Clay Amphora and a 225 liter neutral oak barrel before bottling on a descending moon. This wine may contain sediment so a gentle decant is suggested. Ingredients: Grapes.
