Organically grown just south of Santa Maria in Santa Barbara County, this Chenin has really been delighting us. Skin maceration of 3 days and aged in combination of Terracotta and Vitrified Clay Amphorae exudes a slightly darker white wine with AmByth's signature mouth feel of what we call 'happy oxidation'.

"Light gold in color. Elderflower and Lemon Zest. Light and floral. A snappy zing at first followed by a silky but dry finish."
