Straw yellow in color, this profoundly
aromatic white wine is produced with grapes
from an organically-farmed (ECOCERT)
vineyard site in the sun-drenched South of
France. Each grape variety is destemmed
and vinified on its own in stainless steel
tanks before blending and bottling, ensuring
that aromatics and acidity are preserved.
The wine is a blend of Piquepoul Blanc,
Grenache Blanc, Terret Blanc, Ugni Blanc,
and Muscat à Petits Grains.
On the nose, pronounced aromas of tropical
fruits, honeysuckle, tart citrus, and white
flowers lead to a flavor-packed palate laden
with notes of juicy melon, starfruit, guava,
lemon rind, and pear nectar. The wine’s
salty, mineral-tinged finish demands to be
paired with oysters, raw bar favorites, or
