Wine: Delmore 2022 Pinot Noir Bassi Vineyard SLO Coast.
Farming: Biodynamic, sandstone hillside vines planted in 2001 just a mile from the sea.
Clones: Wadenswil, 114 and 115.
Winemaking: Handpicked August 17th and arduously hand destemmed in bins. Wild
fermented with no additions. Gravity drained into older French oak barrels for wild ML
and elevage. Lightly sulfured along the way and racked out the day before an
unfined/unfiltered bottling on June 21st. Alcohol: 13.1%. 164 cases produced.

Tasting Notes: Bright cherries, Provencal herbs, watermelon juice, sagebrush, crushed
green peppercorns, with sea spray minerality beneath a fruity and savory flair.
