Wilfred Crochet made this bottling specifically for Import company Merchants of Thirst! Their harvest near Lorraine was completely decimated in 2024 like almost everyone in the far north of France, so they purchased Menu Pineau from an OG biodynamic farmer friend in Loire and made bubbles in their normal styling. It's on the healthier side of Extra Brut with 3-4g/l of RS, and has a really long pleasant finish
