100% natural wine by Vartsikhe Marani, made with traditional technology in Qvevri. Krakhuna is one of the most aromatic grape varieties in Imereti. The growing area in the village of Dimi in the Baghdati region is 200 meters above sea level, which results in an early ripening vintage. The qvevri wine is fermented with 30% skin, which preserves the aromatic profile of the wine and adds freshness and an elegant finish. The skin is removed from the wine after 4 months. Every bottle is under strict control and may only be sold after it has been signed by the winemaker. The quantity is limited, each bottle has its own unique number.
