I Cangianti are a new family-run winery based in Perugia, but with vineyards in Montepulciano. All wines are spontaneously fermented, without the addition of any additives, including sulphites, unfiltered and without fining. Orthodox wines that can be appreciated for their great freshness and immediacy. “Ambiguo” is a blend of blackthorn and canaiolo, vinified separately in whole bunch carbonic maceration and then blended. It's a juicy and drinkable red, with a delicious fruit and great immediacy!

- Canaiolo : fermented in whole bunches for 10 days.
- Prugnolo Gentile : fermented in whole bunches for 15 days.
Fermentation takes place separately with indigenous yeasts and without temperature control.
Aging also takes place separately for 6/7 months in steel tanks on thin lees with various batonnage
Bottled without filtration
