Varietals: 30% Grenache rose, 30% Barbera rose, 30% Sangiovese, 5% Pinot Noir, 3% Mourvedre and 2% Verdejo is the breakdown of this rose, which could also be treated like a light bodied red wine. Each variety was fermented and aged separately.

A chillable tasty morsel! Ruby red with salmon highlights. Very aromatic, mouthwatering, fruity watermelon and pommegranite notes, complex and mouth-puckering, like being inside a watermelon jolly rancher.

Farming:
As of 2021 all vineyards Margins works with are farmed organically.
Vinification:
100% destemmed. Fermented and aged separately and blended right before bottling.
Aged in neutral oak for 4-4.5 months (depending on the cuvée). Native fermentation, no
fining, no filtration, no other modifications or additions except 30 ppm of sulfur dioxide the
week before bottling. The Negrette Rosé also received 10 ppm of sulfur dioxide in late
November 2023.
Bio:
Very bright up front and it continues throughout your drinking enjoyment. Notes of candied cherries and candied red plums, hints of lemon zest add to the vibrancy of this wine. If you were to not refrigerate the wine before drinking, the fruit would be less candied and a little more concentrated.
