100% Dornfelder - 11% abv

Tank 13 is made from 100% Dornfelder grapes, grown within an organically farmed vineyard (not certified, but practicing for the past 5 years) The vines run deep through kalk soil. 

Made low intervention in the cellar. A small amount of sulfites added.

Fermented and aged in a 500 litre stainless steel tank.

This directly pressed Dornfelder creates a light, juicy, fresh red wine. It's rich in colour as Dornfelder has thick skins, but the mouthfeel is light and friendly. 

You can pair tank 13 with roast chicken, pizza, grilled fish, baked aubergines.

Best served slightly chilled.
